注意事项

1．请参展商按要求填写好“参展申请表”寄回展览主办单位。并请注意报名截止日期2008年5月10日。
2．参展商须预付展台租金的50%，或一次付清全款，以落实展台位置。展台租金的余额部分应不迟于2008年5月10日支付。
3．主办单位收到展台预定金后才能落实展位，展位分配按“先预定交费，优先安排展位”的原则。2007年12月1日前报名参展的展商将享受9折优惠。
4．在确认展台后，主办单位将向参展商寄发参展须知，包括展台设计搭建、展品运输及展览会有关服务信息。
1.Fill in the Application Form and return in to the organizer. Please note that the application deadline is May 10, 2008.
2.Exhibitors should pay 50% of the total booth rental or all of the payment in advance in order to confirm your booth location. The balance should be settled no later than May 10, 2008.
3.No space booth will be allocated until payment of deposit is received. Booth allocation is on the “first come, first served” basis. Participants who return the Application Form before December 1, 2007, will have 10% discount.
4.Information for exhibitors, including booth design and construction, shipping and transportation, rental facilities, and so on will be sent to all registered exhibitors upon confirmation of participation.
